THIS NORTONTM SHOPPING GUARANTEE (“NSG”) TRIAL AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) IS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN SYMANTEC (AS INDICATED BELOW), AND THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT IN EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT (“YOU” OR “CUSTOMER”). THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO YOU IN EVALUATING NSG.

Agreement. This Agreement is comprised of: (a) terms and conditions stated herein, and (b) the then-current NSG Service Description / Merchant Terms, available at https://www.nortonshoppingguarantee.com/merchants/terms-and-conditions/ (“Service Description”).
- Term and Termination. This Agreement shall commence on the date Customer begins its evaluation of NSG (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until the conclusion of the NSG trial. Within five (5) days of the end of the NSG trial period, Customer must either: (a) communicate Your intent to purchase by submitting Norton™ Shopping Guarantee Purchase Authorization Form; or (b) cease using Norton Shopping Guarantee. If Customer does neither (a) or (b) within the specified time, Customer will be deemed to have purchased the Norton Shopping Guarantee service, and will be charged the applicable fees.
BY CLICKING “ACCEPT” OR BY USING NSG, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE NSG.
